Edith's lavish wardrobe, featuring vibrant olive greens, marigold, and whites, contrasted against the dark, foreboding setting surrounding her. Inspired by her iconic Victorian olive green outfit, we have reimagined it as a luxurious, full-fashioned 7 gauge soft knit with a classic half cardigan stitch at bodice and sleeves and 1 x 1 rib at waist and sleeves. It is adorned with two hand-crafted velvet green embossed leaf brooches and velvet marigold pompons. The brooches, reminiscent of the trim that graced Edith's neckline, sit high on the neck and shoulder. This opulent piece boasts a soft V-neck, delicate faceted buttons on the front knit placket, and a fitted ribbed body with a flared leg of mutton sleeve. For more drama we've added shoulder pads that are removable. The ribbed hem accentuates the waist for a figure-flattering, hourglass silhouette, finished with a delicate scalloped edge.
